BW3's does what they do and they do it with all the chain-style pizzaz you're expecting of large corporate chains. I visited this location recently for an event. The layout of the restaurant is a little odd -- the bar area is all the way in the back, so you have to walk through the dining room seating area to get there. Seems a bit backwards to me, but oh well. The bar area has tons of TVs and is VERY loud. In general, the ambiance here is dark and dim - poor lighting and a lot of exposed brick give it an underground kind of feel. Service was good - and we ordered some drinks as well as a couple of the appetizers. They were edible - nothing to rave home about, but just fine for bar munchies (I mean, look at all the salt on that pretzel and tell me you didn't get a heart attack just looking at it?). Overall, it's a fine place to hang out if this is your kind of scene.

The floor is very messy with trash, napkins and straw paper, I had to ask someone to wipe the chairs off, my menu was messy and when my drink came there was something in the bottom of it.

the wings took over an hour to come (however the server did let us know that the kitchen was backed up), when the wings came, they were dried up (picture below), sent my wings back and it took almost over 30 minutes to get them. Overall, pissed and discontent with my experience there.
(server had a crappy attitude as well) -

A bit meh...
It had been awhile since I visited a BBW last. Definitely wasn't an above average experience.
The booth we were sat down at was just wiped down but it smelled like a sour rag was used.
We ordered a big order of boneless chicken wings so we could order several flavors. Mango habanero, teriyaki, lemon pepper, and salt and vinegar.
The chicken itself seemed like it had been sitting around for awhile. The saucy sauces were okay, but the dry seasoned ones weren't holding the seasoning. In order to get seasoning with the bite, I had to cut it in pieces so the seasoning would stick to the chicken inside.
Totally not amazed with BWW and feel it is just over-hyped. It's a good place to watch sports and get drinks but as far as the quality of their wings is concerned, it doesn't entice me to come back. -

We came in around lunch and had awful food and awful service. The staff was nice but inefficient and incompetent. That would include the one hostess who had to double as the one table busser, the wait staff, and the kitchen. I am not exaggerating when I say we waited over 20 minutes for one booth to get cleaned off. We watched the hostess walk back and forth from the table to the back several times without taking anything with her. There were two booths needing to be cleaned. For whatever reason she chose the one that was way dirtier than the other while we waited for her to clear it off. As she did this, the line for people waiting to be seated grew and grew. The line for carry out grew too. The hostess should never need to leave the front for this long of a period of time. The wait staff doesn't help either. They carry nothing away after they visit a table. I noticed this with out server as well as others. I'm trying to stack trays up and push them as close to the edge as possible think that will encourage our waitress to take something with her as she leaves our table.
After it took forever to be seated that trend continued with the time it took to have our server come over and ever single step after that with having our starter come out (which was only chips and salsa), having our order placed, and having our entrees come out. Our chips were deep fried in a clump so when we pulled them apart they there uncooked and unseasoned soft tortilla shells. The salsa was a very generic canned tasting salsa. My bbq chicken wrap was delivered cold. It was all lettuce, cheese, and sauce with the tiniest bit of chicken. I literally had to go searching for the chicken inside by ripping it apart bc its was really gross eating a cold lettuce and bbq sauce wrap. My husband had coleslaw as his side but no one ever brought him silverware. His wings, which had hot sauce, were very dry because the little sauce that was out on them dried up as they sat so long. I honestly could go on but you get the point by now. Customers all around looked like they were running out of patience. There are so many employees who all seem very disorganized and inefficient. I over heard other issues going on at the tables around us. My husband and I had his entree removed from the bill without even asking for anything or complaining. Our server just knew it was a cluster. We maybe would have had better luck at the bar side of the restaurant since it was early in the day. I was hungry again in a few hours bc I barely ate my meal. This place could be better than just awful if they could get themselves together. The one good thing I will say is that everyone is nice. The Laskin Rd/Oceanfront location had very rude and miserable service so it could have been worse!
